GasVault (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the GasVault mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Data: We collect your email address and name to create your unique engineer account.
- Business Data: We store client names, addresses, and appliance details that you enter into the app. This data is yours and is stored securely to allow you to generate certificates.
- Images: We access your camera and photo library to allow you to add photos to Job Reports and Receipt tracking. These images are stored in our secure cloud database.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and maintain the Service.
- To allow you to generate PDF documents (CP12s, Invoices).
- To sync your data across multiple devices.
4. Data Security
All data is encrypted and stored using Google Firebase, a world-class secure cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your account at any time.
- In App: Use the “Delete Account” option (if available).
- By Request: Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete My Data”, and we will wipe your records within 48 hours.
